Sriram Padmanabhan founded Cymorg in October 2016, after a lifetime in corporate leadership positions around the world convinced him that organizational Talent Development was ripe for disruption. He proceeded to merge his passions - complex systems, business strategy and story-telling – into a unique platform concept, and is having the time of his life as part of a rockstar group of gamers and geeks. Sriram has a B. Tech from IIT Madras and a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.
Prasanth Samavedam is a co-founder at Cymorg. After two decades of experience in the Information Technology across Technology, Operations, Delivery and Sales around multiple countries, he found his passion of gaming and talent development converge into Cymorg. Currently, he’s loving the roller coaster ride of entrepreneurship and not planning to get off it anytime soon. He holds a B.Tech from IIT, Madras.
Ashin S is a technology expert and solution architect, currently working with Cymorg as their head of technology. Ashin believes in getting things done the "right" way, and always goes that extra mile aiming for perfection. In pursuit of the best solution for his customers, he always loves challenging problems. A passionate programmer at heart, his belief is that he will continue writing code even after retirement, or even beyond if God wills! While holding a B.Tech degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology, he never misses an opportunity to click photographs whenever he gets a chance!
Brodie Riordan in an industrial/organizational psychologist, executive coach, professor, and author who believes deeply in the potential of all people. Brodie has held global leadership roles in talent and L&D with Procter & Gamble, Corporate Executive Board (CEB), and McKinsey & Company. She is the founder and principal of Ocular, a coaching and consulting firm, an executive coach with The Boda Group, part-time professor at Georgetown University, and author of Feedback Fundamentals and Evidence-Based Best Practices. Brodie is on the Board of Trustees at Washington and Lee University, where she graduated with a degree in psychology and was a founding member of the field hockey team. She has a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology and completed her coach training at Georgetown University.
Aarti Shyamsunder is an organizational psychologist, who currently works with YSC Consulting, as their global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) solutions lead. Aarti has always believed in an evidence-based approach to work, and brings her scientist-practitioner lens to all her work – from developing psychometric assessments to crafting leadership assessment and development programs, from technology-based simulations to DEI strategy work. Apart from her ‘day job’, Aarti also is the founder and president of COSI (the Community of Organizational Sciences in India), co-founder of Metamorphosis and founder advisor at Cymorg, and volunteers with a couple of organizations in ways that allow her to apply her expertise and experience to have impact. Aarti’s PhD is from the University of Akron (Ohio, USA) and she is also a proud alumna of St. Xavier’s college, Mumbai (India).
Lux Narayan recently co-founded StreamAlive.com after previously founding Unmetric (acquired). He has spoken at TED and the Comedy Cellar, and recently wrote a book titled “Name, Place, Animal, Thing.” He is on the advisory board of other category-creating startups as well, and sits on the board of a public company.
Sri Samavedam is a seasoned executive with a passion for advanced technology and building high performing teams. He believes in the power of science and technology to create practical solutions that impact the way we live, work and play. He is currently Senior VP of Technology at IMEC, which is the world-leading research institute in advanced semiconductors, located in Leuven, Belgium. Prior to that, he was senior director of technology development at Globalfoundries in Malta, NY. He is a senior member of IEEE and has over 100 publications and holds over 47 patents. He has a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and B.Tech from IIT, Madras.
